McVitie's biscuits (or similar English cookie)
white chocolate chips or bar
marshmallow
blackberry jam
in oven, broil one biscuit topped with white chocolate until chocolate is shiny. keep an eye on the biscuit while broiling--you can go from perfect to scorched in a matter of seconds.
add marshmallow and broil until toasted. remove from oven, top with jam-covered biscuit. smoosh together as desired.
