Church was canceled this morning, so I made an apple pie. Pie makes me feel close to God.

This gave me such a laugh I had to share it with Neil, who grinned appreciatively. We're home sick from church this week...and Neil has just taken Emma down to the garage to select a pie from the deep freeze. Mmmmm....pie....

church was cancelled for us, too. i opted for sleep as i had worked through the night. i believe both sleep and pie to be next to God. =)
