First love

My boys eat, breathe, and dream Star Wars.

It dominates their conversations, pencil drawings, birthday wish-lists.

They duel with imaginary light sabers in the back of the van on the way to church. ("I get to be Anakin!" "Okay, then I'm Obi-Wan!")

We sense that it's starting to get out of hand. As in, they might actually love something more than their mother, which just isn't right. At all.

So I may have to go hide all their Star Wars figures. (And Star Wars ships, and Star Wars LEGOS, and Star Wars pajamas, and Star Wars books, and Star Wars video games, and Star Wars underwear...)

Oy.

My two older ones are Star Wars fanatics right now also. (I feel your pain!)

I recently hid Emma's favourite pair of dress up shoes.

Alas, not for own good, which is your current motivation.

I simply can't stand the clickety-clack anymore!

Your boys are so cute! And it makes me chuckle about the StarWars! It's like a glimpse at when my husband his brother must have been like when they were little Star Wars fanatics back in the 80's. :)

My boys too- totally into Star Wars. We just had a Star Wars party for my 6 year old. And they currently ONLY play their Star Wars Legos gamecube game- so tired of the music, make it stop!
