on a good day, my métier includes a bit of homeschooling

ruffling

architectural engineering (in primary colors, of course)

appointments with photoshop and etsy and flickr and webmail (but apparently not with dusting my keyboard...yikes)

the making of happy, zany things

and enjoying this rowdy crew (which is hands down the best line item of my job description).

i hope to take a very late retirement.

GREAT POST!~!!!
Am I right in guessing that the adorable guy on the right side of photos is the rule-abider of the bunch??
awesome pictures! I think your work looks like great fun :)
Your photos and your words are so inspiring! I'm thinking I need to plan a trip where you teach me to sew. Sound good? Good.
Cute kids and cute heart card!
I was back at the ol' BC stomping grounds this morning, swept up in a bit of nostalgia (especially with the ethanol-scented air)...it was fun, but I couldn't help thinking, "I had no idea back then how fantastic my life would become..." Ya know?
What a wonderful post! Those are great captures! You have a beautiful family.
Ah, Nic. This is the perfect You Capture post for work... your kids are so sweet and I love that little valentine you made... it's gorgeous!
Great shots! Love the B&W's of your kids!
Oh I love your photos! Just beautiful. Thanks for visiting my blog! I just became a facebook fan of yours.

Love the variety of fun expressions on your kiddos' faces! With work like that, who needs play? =>

i LOVE seeing your littles all together.
this is beautiful work we have.
Your babies are beautiful Nic! Yup, it's unanimous all righty, that is hands down THE best job in the world!
I froze in my chair upon seeing your sewing machine. My mom had the same one and that is the one I grew up learning to sew on. She later passed it down to me and it is to this day still my favorite machine to use. Real workhorse.
God bless,
Susan
Your pictures are beautiful--and so are your dc! My hubby gave me that same sewing machine for a birthday gift in Nov.! Now to learn how to use it . . .It was so exciting to see you use one. Thank you for encouraging this fellow-homeshooling mama :-)
Looks like you love your work!
do you have the world's most beautifully adorable sewing machine ? I submit that you, indeed, do.
Also, those little people and their smiles are pretty amazing too.
