So happy you've been able to welcome happiness into your sweet corner of the world. Especially happy that he's home. What an easing to the heart that must be.

Ooh rummage sales!! I was on track with you this morning, but I slept too late!

So it was painting and sewing....but mostly painting.

Rattlesnake pasta is pasta with a bite. :) I got the name from J.Alexander's (http://www.jalexanders.com/index.htm) which was one of my favorite places to eat back when we lived near Toledo.

I really don't remember exactly what was in theirs, but I use any kind of pasta in my cupboard plus:

either a white sauce or cheese sauce
jalapenos/serranos
poblanos
red and green sweet bell peppers
cherry tomatoes
chicken
red pepper flakes

I saute the chicken first, then slice and set aside. Saute all the other veggies together, add the chicken, serve w/sauce over pasta and douse with the hot pepper flakes. Delicioso!
