Money back guarantee

I think a trial period should come as a standard feature with...well, just about everything. Houses. Slippers. Bathing suits. And names, especially.

Although slippers are generally inexpensive enough that you can just pick up another pair when you're out buying milk. And bathing suits can be exchanged, except that if you're anything like me, you'll bring the new one on home and find that, hey, it's just as hideous as its predecessor. If not more so.

Houses, well, houses are a little bit sticky. You can't get in or out of them without a bunch of paperwork and even more money. Still, it can be done.

And then there are names.

Names are pretty much permanent. You have to die to get out of them. Don't like baby Bartholomew's name six months later? Too bad. (Okay, so technically you could get a name change, but quit ruining my argument. This is my blog.) Dislike the name of your blog/url? Tough.

And this is why we're here.

When you first start to blog, you're so overwhelmed with shaping thoughts into keystrokes and pushing it all out there, into the big bad scary public for all to read. The name is a best-thing-I-could-conjure-up-on-the-spot sort of thing, an afterthought, if you will.

Sometimes it fits.

Most times it doesn't. I just wasn't feeling the last one. But I've had time to mull things over, and hopefully this one'll stick.

So welcome to 60piggies. Let the merriment begin.

I love it sooo much! If you get a puppy will you change the number of piggies? (that is my way of telling you that I am giving you a puppy for Christmas)

I must admit that I'm not overly thrilled about you changing your blog, I mean it's very confusing for me! Also- are you TRYING to make me even more stressed out? I'm about to have a nervous break-down about naming this stinkin kid & your whole comment today is NOT helping me! I think he'll just never have a name...we'll call him 'little one'.

You could just call him "stinkin kid"

Kristin: haha on the puppy. And if by chance you're serious, this will be the fastest case of re-gifting you'll ever see in your life.

Kindra: I'm pretty sure that with almost nine months to mull things over, you'll do just fine. But here's a list of my faves to help you out (aren't I nice?)

1. Caden
2. Caleb (this was going to be Lauren's name if she were a boy)
3. Jacob (okay, I know this is problemmatic because of your friend Jacob, but he'll be flattered, honestly)
4. Ryan (you only see cousin Ryan twice a decade, so I think it's fair game)
5. Kyle (yes, yes I know, the whole association thing, but like 98% of Kyle's have got the hot thing going on)

And just in case:
1. Emma
2. Jaden/Jadyn/Jada
3. Cameron
4. Emerson (hey, you could name her Emerson and call her Emma--how brilliant is that?!)
5. Cady

I know, I'm getting less funny by the minute. Okay bye

I LOVE Emerson-can I call that one! I also enjoy Caden and Jacob, but not Jake. I do not call that one, just Emerson!

Me too, I love Jacob but not Jake. Just like I love Zachary but not Zach. Although I suppose I will stretch my maturity level and come to terms with "Zach" if that's what he decides to be called.
